Looking through all of the guidebooks and brochures we kept seeing Little Village mentioned as a great place to eat. On their website, the restaurant says they strive to be family-friendly and affordable and we found both to be true. We caught a taxi and were dropped off in front of what was to be one of our favorite meals of the trip. All four of us loved the decor and the service was quick and efficient. The inside of the restaurant is designed to look like a village with a bridge and outdoor lamps. A lot of thought was put into the atmosphere.

 

The soup and main dishes we ordered were all flavorful and fresh. We loved the fried noodle entree and the sweet and sour shrimp especially. It was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and I can see why this place gets such consistently good reviews.
